Gianpaolo Pagni drew on the archives of the Imagerie d'Épinal, founded in 1796 in the Vosges, in France, to create a theatre scene inspired by the old prints he discovered there. The scene stars wild animals in a geometric arrangement, recalling his distinctive stamp-drawing style. Incredible details, whimsy, sumptuous colours. Exceptional condition, new, no flaws, nicely round, plump blue hand-rolled hem. No flaws. Palette: white, green, red, contrasting blue hand-rolled hem. Quickly sold out in the Hermès boutiques, it is already quite sought after.
