Art and History of this Hermès Scarf
With Citrouilles et Coloquintes, Valérie Dawlat-Dumoulin celebrates the rustic, poetic abundance of kitchen gardens. The design reveals a joyful profusion of cucurbits: pattypan squashes, marrows, turban squashes, calabashes... all with sculptural shapes and delightful names. Scattered among them, small antique gardening tools punctuate the scene, subtly recalling that this generosity of nature rests on the patient work of human hands. A scarf that is at once warm, narrative and visually generous, just like autumn itself.
